Irrigation System Maintenance
Irrigation systems need periodical maintenance, which may be performed monthly,
quarterly or biannually, depending on the kind of system, amount of water used and location of the installation, in order to guarantee good performance.
The irrigation system maintenance is divided according to the duration of each shift. Visits include the first hour of service and the additional hours or work days shall appear as a separate item.
The company has developed a structure for maintenance services. We own fully equipped vehicles with tools, gears and parts frequently used, which allows us to meet your requirements in case of:
a.- Emergencies: we answer emergency calls, providing phone instructions and allowing you to solve your problem temporarily or permanently, if possible. We go to the premises, if needed, in no more than 72 hours for the counties of St. Johns, Clay, Flagler, Volusia, Putnam, and Duval, prior agreement between the parties concerned. We assess the situation and offer a solution for the given problem, and if possible, we deliver an immediate solution thereto.
b.- Service Call (scheduled visits): Among parties, dates are scheduled to review the premises and
perform the assessment of the systems and the required works.
3.- The duration of each visit will depend on the size of your property and the specific characteristics of your garden/project.
4.- In the first visit, we assess your system and estimate how many working hours will be necessary. In addition, we evaluate if any upgrades can be made to your benefit.
5.- You have the option to get a SketchUp at the end of your contract, this service will be deducted from the contract hours.”

For us, the annual contract is the way to be part of the beauty of your garden, it means to do our best to get all the exuberance of nature by giving proper doses of water and nutrition to the plants. We like to make the difference, we want to be part of your pride, keep it simple and you will see!
1.- You can choose which type of annual contract you want among these 5 options: 18, 12, 9, 6 or 3 visits per year. In all cases, all mandatory visits must be paid for, but there will be a 50% discount for additional visits in case of any incident.
2.-You can obtain discounts for referring new clients: you will benefit from a 16.67% discount for 1 client, a 33.33% discount for 2 clients and, for 10 referred clients, your annual contract will be free (for a limited time).
