These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of the text messaging program operated by AquaRiko LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Program Description
When you opt in to the AquaRiko LLC text messaging program, you will receive text messages related to scheduling, appointment confirmations, service reminders, and customer service for the services you request from us. These are non-marketing, service-related messages.
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages by:
- Submitting your mobile number and consent through a form on our website; or
- Providing your mobile number and giving verbal consent when you schedule a visit by phone.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders).
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://aquariko.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at this URL.
How We Collect Your Consent (Opt-In)
AquaRiko LLC obtains express consent before sending SMS messages, through two methods:
Website: Customers opt in on our appointment/quote form at https://aquariko.com/appointment by checking a box (not pre-checked) that reads: “I agree to receive SMS text messages from AquaRiko LLC about my service request, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
By phone (verbal): When a customer calls to request or schedule service, our representative collects the mobile number and reads this disclosure, and the customer gives affirmative verbal consent, which we record: “Would you like to receive text messages from AquaRiko LLC about your service appointment, confirmations, and reminders at this number? Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to receive our services.”
Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
